Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1266) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 69                                                                               
    "An Act relating to regulation of shallow natural gas leasing and                               
    closely related energy projects; and providing for an effective

Representative Kohring moved that the House rescind its action in                                   
failing to concur in the Senate amendment (page 1252).                                              
                                                                                                    
Representative Kohring placed a call of the House.  The call was
